My husband has a back and joint problem and the assistant was very helpful and understanding and at no time rushed us into buying something we didn't want. He explained fully the differences in the mattresses that we were trying and we ended up buying the whole bed even though we had just gone in there looking for a suitable mattress.

When entering the store we found it very clean bright and welcoming. We had a brouse around. When we were ready and needed help we called the assistant Christian Camil,(CHRIS) who we found extreamly nice and very knoldgeable on all the things we asked. Our experance in the store was very comfortable and we had a coffee. Christian Camil was excellent and we wish all assistance were like him.

Spoke to someone in the shop on tge friday. If ordered that day coukd have been delivered in a week. Ordered next day and delivery time is a month. Still ordered but not happy
