Speedy service and ordering

Excellent meet and greet, helpfulness and knowledge of products by David the member of staff. Great experience as went with a friend who needed a new bed and all the bedding to go with it. I came away with one of the pillows we were given to use while testing the beds to ensure the best support and sleeping position. First class service 😊

Because David the salesman, was very informative, helpful, professional, friendly and went out of his way to answer my questions.

I dealt with Anka at the poole branch who was very helpfull in helping us to make the right choice of mattress. She was in no way pushy unlike Benson for Beds who we had visited moments before.

The assistant was very helpful but not pushy allowing me to make my own choice without pressure

From the moment I entered the store I felt taken care of by David, despite being the only sales person on duty he was able to multi task, myself and at least two other customers at the same time. He explained the products and services, as well as add on sales at a pace and level of understanding a novice customer like me required. I would thoroughly recommend Dreams to friends and family.

Display in shop was good , assistants very helpful, we even had a very nice cup of coffee & chocolate biscuits while we discussed our order Just what we needed.

This is the second bed we have purchased from David at this store. He has been very helpful with a comprehensive knowledge of the products and good advise to help us purchase the right one.
