Dreams - Poole

We love how friendly the staff are without being too pushy. We recently visited a competitor (Bensons for Beds) and we were stalked around their show rooms by their incredibly persistent salespeople. Dreams sales people backed off and allowed us to browse and discuss which secured a sale. This is the second time we have been to Dreams in Poole to buy a mattress in 4 years. Well done.

The Dreams employee (Anca) was amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. We actually spend some time running through the different selections available and she helped us to understand the right bed for us. We left the store feeling very confident in the selection largely due to support of Anca and left to measure our room. We had also checked out a competitors just to be sure and within minutes of being inside the competitors store didn't get that feeling of reassurance we did with the Anca from Dreams. We must have spend 10 minutes looking through the competitors selection then got back into the car and head round to the Dreams store to see Anca from our first visit. She had remembered us from the first visit and straight away made us feel at ease. We purchased a bed on our second visit feeling we had made the right choice.

A very friendly store especially the lady who helped us and took our order. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and not at all pushy which we appreciated. She was also very good with our children and ensured we were offered refreshments.

We were served by Claire. She was helpful and knowledgeable but not pushy. She listened to our requirements and gave us options to try as well time to try and decide.

We were greeted with a welcome to dreams.we were offered a drink( tea coffee or a cold drink) We were offered a pillow when lying on the bed,the gentleman salesman was excellent and listen to what I wanted and was very product knowledgeable,genuinely a very good customer service was given and appreciated.

The staff were very friendly and eager to help. We were also offered tea of coffee, which was also a nice touch. We were allowed to have a good look at the bed and pull out drawers etc without feeling that we were being a nuisance. All in all, it was a pleasant experience and we left feeling contented with the bed we eventually chose.

I went to the store with an idea in mind and your sales person Chris answered everyone of my questions and found the perfect product for me. He asked all the right questions to make sure I bought the correct product for my needs

The staff my wife and I spoke to were very friendly and efficient. They knew what they were talking about and explained every thing to us. After we spoke to the staff my wife said that we would look around and call back. We went to Furniture Village. After looking around we both agreed that we would get better service from Dreams so we went back.
