The sales assistant was extremely helpful but did not push me into a decision, leaving me to try the beds and return to her with my decision when I was ready.

I telephoned the store earlier in the morning to check the mattress I was interested in was in stock , David who answered the phone was really helpful , when I arrived in the store he remembered our conversation from earlier. I explained that we had slept on the same mattress when we were on holiday and he checked that we were choosing the correct one as they were two with similar names

We were welcomed in a warm and welcoming manner by a great assistant called David, he spent time with us and he did not seem rushed nor pushing for a sale. David spent time explaing about all the beds that we were interested in and David started to get a picture of the best suited bed for our needs. We found the experience welcoming and warming.
