I came in twice to the Poole store - the 1st time to have a browse, the 2nd to purchase. The gentleman who dealt with us was extremely polite, helpful, knowledgeable and patient! When I came back the next day, I told one of the other assistants that I wanted to buy the mattress & told her who had dealt with me - she sat me at the table, offering refreshments while waited for him to be available so that he would get recognition for the sale.

The store was quiet, and I had the attention of a helpful, friendly member of staff. He helped me choose a bed, mattress etc. I felt under no pressure to buy. He offered me a pillow to try the bed out, also a cup of tea while we were doing the paperwork.

I found the sales assistant Andrew to be very knowledgeable , very welcoming, the meet and greet was very good with a hint of humour . from entering and leaving the store the eventual purchase was filled with accurate discussion on the items i bought with a laugh and a joke plus a coffee all the way . overall i have never been so happy to give someone my money
