The salesman listened to us and showed us exactly what we were looking for. He was extremely courteous and was able to answer all our questions. He even managed to sell us items we were going to buy later!

Firstly I was able to find the sofa bed that meet my dimensional requirements and the assistant was very helpfull in pointing out key features. He was also honest in advising not to spend extra money on a storage version. Originally it was thought that the product would have to be delivered by the manufacturer which restricted the time options (week days) but the assistant organised it so that Dreams would deliver it foc on a Saturday and at a cost take away my old bed which meant that I would not need to take time off work.
