The assistant, Emily, was very patient with me as I have mobility issues. She explained the various type of mattresses to me and put me on the Dream machine to see the firmness I needed and demonstrated the various bases and headboards available. My visit was brought to a close with a very welcome coffee. Looking forward to my new 'firm' bed arriving at the end of the month.

Our assistant Emily was fantastic. She was the perfect balance of available but not pushy and was very patient with our indecisiveness! She was friendly throughout and we never felt as though she was angling for a sale- just that she genuinely wanted to give us a good service. This made our experience fantastic and I've no doubt that we wouldn't have purchased in store on that day without the experience that she gave us.
