Dreams - Poole

When we arrived we were treated by David who was very helpful he offered a drink and asked if we need any help which we wanted to know what the colours were on the beds ment. Which he gave us a leaflet and we said we would like to look around first and he left us to it, which was really good because we've been to other stores and the sales men have been pushy which put us off. When we found the bed we were looking for David came and offered us a pillow so we could try the bed and explained about it. He was very helpful and we liked the pice and decided to buy it. The rest of the buying was very easy and we were very happy with dreams

All was well until a problem occurred during payment and couldn't be solved cancelled and restarted. Have to wait until later to resolve the problem so charged for an item I haven't bought.

A very good experience with all aspects with our visit,We were very pleased with the sales assistant at the West Gate branch,I don't think he could have been more helpful.

Lovely store, helpful staff ordering was easy,quick and free delivery

Knew what I wanted and was pointed in the right direction Was pleased that the assistant left us to look at the range we were interested in but was always available if we had a query. Like that sort of service much more preferable than a pushy assistant

Chris spent the time we needed to understand what we needed. He was very knowledgeable about the product.
