Dreams - Poole

Went to Dreams in Poole and found the store very easy to navigate and all relevant information was easily accessible. Very pleasant and helpful staff who offered tea and coffee from the outset. Found the whole experience very easy and enjoyable.

My wife and i were attended to by a young man called Chris he asked us what our requirements were, my wife has extreme back problems,after a short discussion we tried different mattresses then divans different draw styles, headboards and pillows no rushing good common sense help even offered a cup of coffee or tea.

Fully understood the reason for a new purchase and in turn the price level I had in mind - excellent customer appreciation. A welcome cup of coffee added to the conversation - thanks.

David, Member staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Listened carefully to our requirement and quietly helped us research of decision. Have learnt a lot about beds!Thank you.

The staff (David in particular) were so friendly and highly knowledgable. We knew nothing about what we wanted so David started from the start and helped us figure this out. From start to finish very lovely and very professional

From entering the store until leaving your member of staff could not have been more helpful and friendly and his knowledge of the products was excellent

The reason is that we bought a King Size Bed from you about 7 years ago and have been extremely happy with it, no problems at all and have had very good nights sleep since then, and now we have to change it because my husband has had 4 Major Strokes and has broken his back in 3 places, and now needs an electric bed which can aid him in sitting up and we went for a 5ft one as we can both sleep in the same room again.

very helpfull and easy to talk to no rush

The sales assistant was lovely offered me a drink and pillow to help test the beds and explained all the covers. Lovely man.
