We arrived to the store and we were given the chance to have a look around the store before being approached by the Andrew. He was very helpful. He was not pushy with a sale. However we did buy a frame and mattress and are really happy with the choice. When asking him, what the difference was between two mattresses he was able to give information which allowed us to the make the correct choice which would suit our needs and wants. Very happy and hope to see Andrew on our next visit. Upon leaving not only did Andrew greet us good bye so did other workers. This made us felt valued as a customer

I was looked after by Helen who was so understanding and attentive. I honestly can't remember the last time I found a sales person so caring and not pushy to get the sale. She even made time to offer me a drink, what a nice personal touch. Helen listened to my requirements and took me straight to the bed I need, saving me time and explaining everything in detail for me. Thank you Helen.

Both Helen and David were friendly and helpful, offering an additional buy 3 for 2 offer that we weren't aware of.

Pleasant courteous staff, plenty of choice and assurance that if the bed was not as comfortable as anticipated the mattress could be exchanged

Anca was a great help, and the delivery guys John and Steven were quick and effeicient

I was approached by Anca who asked if I needed any help. She explained the different colour codings on thd beds then told me to try any bed and she would then help with any queries. She offered me s cup of tea and also my mum who was with me and found mum a chair to sit on. When I was ready she gave me technical information about two beds I looked at and also the mline pillows that mum and I both looked at. I went away and thought a bought which mattress I wanted and returned the following day and purchased one. I then went back and changed the delivery date. Anca was so good and had a sense of humour and her knowledge was brilliant.

Friendly staff, did not feel pressured into buying anything no hard sales talk ! offered refreshing drink plenty of stock and beds on show given a pillow to try beds out with.

We were welcomed into the store by David. He was very helpful & answered our questions regarding purchasing a new bed. He offered us the use of pillows to assist us in our decision making & offered us refreshments whilst browsing & again once we were going through the paperwork whilst making our purchase.
