Very approachable, offered us drinks. Conversed with us and was flexible with the price.

The staff member we dealt with was very informative, we understood that this was his first weeks employment and we were very surprised with his knowledge of the products.

We came in a couple of times and both times we were met by a friendly assistant ANDREW who helped us and there was no sales pressure just help and advise which is very refreshing in todays climate.

Friendly, courteous, helpful service. Appreciated being allowed a few minutes 'browsing time' and not being pounced on by a salesman on entry. Also appreciated time allowed to browse alone after being briefed. Did not feel under any sales pressure. Cool drink on a hot day was very welcome.

The staff at the Poole Dorset branch were very efficient, knowledgable of the products and we were extremely pleased with the service we got. They went out of their way to be helpful.
