The sales assistant was very new and this was his first sale. He was supported by another colleague. Both were extremely helpful, not pushy but explained how the store worked and what we should look for. They explained the paperwork effectively to me and my mother (who also bought a mattress). Overall it was a pleasant and straightforward process

As soon as we arrived they were so helpful and didn't crowd us like most places, said what they had to say and then left us to it.
