Cheerful helpful staff

We were welcomed with an offer of a hot drink and the sales person made us feel very relaxed. He was very knowledgeable about the products on display and understanding of our requirements. His assistance in helping us reach a decision was most welcome

Robert was very helpful, he took time to get us to understand the different types of material and the way in which we sleep is important to the level of firmness required. Overall it was a pleasant experience buying our new mattress and pillow, we would recommend others, especially as you have all the beds and mattresses out meaning you can actually try the product, and as it is something you use everyday it is important to get the right one.

Speedy service from highly knowledgeable assistant who addressed my concerns well. Pleased that I visited and look forward to my bed being delivered.

Selection was good

Friendly staff who spent time with us to ensure that all questions were answered. If he didn't know the answer then he found out. Explained everything - worts and all.

The item we bought was on offer, we were very happy with the price it is was a lower end quality matress but was fine for what we needed it for ,the assistant we dealt with was very helpful and very pleasant.

We went in to Dreams in Poole to just look/try and gather information for our mattress purchase. It was purely the reason of the sales chap Andrew that we were happy to place the order that day. Andrew listened to our requirements, guided us to the right products and made us feel completely at ease ( even with our 2 year old trying to run riot ! ) He was not pushy and had a nice manner which we liked.

I had a fantastic sales advisor who was friendly and knowledgeable. I will buy my next bed from Dreams due to the incredible service and prices.
