David was very welcoming and offered us a drink as soon as we entered the store. He took the trouble to ask whether we wanted his help and advice or whether we would rather be left to browse which was great as some salespeople can be too pushy. He was helpful and informative without being pushy.

Found right product at right price

We were met by a friendly store assistant called David. He offered us tea or coffee when we arrived. When we tested some mattresses we were offered a pillow. All the time with a smile of the assistants face.

We were greeted with a friendly welcome, we didn't feel pushed into a sale and he even suggested a mattress on an offer that was the older version of the ones we were looking at. He answered questions with full knowledge and confidence

Got a bed for a good price.

Matthew allowed us space to look around first then without pressure assisted us with his appreciation of our needs and his understanding of the product. We had intended to visit other suppliers but this turned out to be unnnecessary.

Both members of staff that assisted me during the initial order and paying the balance due were most attentive, knowledgeable about the products and made me feel that they had all the time in the world to deal with me.

I think the most important aspect of any business like thsi is customer satisfaction which normally comes about with not just the product quality but a salesman's ability to personalaize and make a customer at ease during a transaction. In our case the service was excellent, we didn't have to waste time in the shop, and the only glitch which we experienced was swiftly and efficiently dealt with to our satisfaction.
