Dreams - Poole

I have been having trouble sleeping recently and thought it was time to invest in some quality products i ended up purchasing 3 tempur pillows which i am highly satisfied with i was so satisfied i ranted about it at my workplace one of my colleagues have purchased one i also visited the store the next day to invest in a quality duvet as i was so satisfied with the service i had received!

My partner and I needed a new mattrass , we visited the Poole store and received a warm and business welcome.

The bed scan was a relaxing and entertaining way of finding out which was the most appropriate mattress for us and took away a lot of the guess work for us. James, our bed specialist was very knowledgable, friendly and helpful. He showed us the mattresses recommended and we actually bought the first one we tried as he was so good at judging our requirements although we did try others. We left the store having only popped in to enquire about mattresses for our son's beds and left having bought a new one for ourselves!

Our questions were answered very efficiently. We were given options and time to decide what we wanted to do. We were offered a drink and not rushed into anything. Chris was excellent at processing our order and explained everything very well.

Great service and customer experience. Staff all super friendly and helpful, was able to find the bed , mattress plus bedding all at the same time. Easy ordering and fast delivery too.
