Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very helpful for a once in 10 year purchase.

We were given the time to try out several beds and then encouraged to spend as much time as we felt necessary to make sure our choice was the right one. The salesperson, James, was very informative and answered our questtions patiently and knowledgably. We also tried several pillows and are extremely pleased with our choices. We have yet to receive the mattress but were told we had plenty of time to decide, after delivery, whether we had made the correct choice. It is so important to get the right mattress as we spend a big portion of our lives in bed. Quality sleep is so important and to get that we need the right mattress! We were offered a hot drink and the use of the facilities and it was all very relaxed with no pressure whatsoever.

Staff initially offered assistance and gave us sufficient space to make up our minds. They were always around to offer specialist advice which was very helpful. Our salesperson was respectful towards our questions and needs.

Andrew was most helpful throughout the process and was clear that he wanted us to make the most appropriate purchase for our needs, rather than sell us the most expensive thing which a lot of sales people would have done! 10/10!!!!

Our plan was to do a comparison shop on the price of kingsize beds in Dreams and other outlets and then return to the shop that suited our needs. We had a bad experience with the delivery company used by Dreams Yeovil in 2010 and hence didn't feel any brand loyalty. However David, in the Poole branch was extremely professional and helpful - we told him exactly what we were looking for in terms of the bed, which room it was to be used in etc and he showed us the options and detailed the pricing structures. Our decision was made quickly and the process that followed afterwards in terms of payment and a delivery date was smoothly carried out. Couldn't be happier!!
