The assistant who took me in hand was unfailingly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He took a great deal of trouble to explain options, and gave his advice in a tactful, humorous, and comprehensible manner. I was very happy with my excursion to Dreams, and am looking forward to receiving my mattresses and being comfortable after sleeping on a watershed-type mattress for years!
