As my wife is dissabled we looked at possible items of interest 'on line' and I then paid a visit to the store to look at and consider options. The assistant was very helpful and prepared to spend time discusing possible options. At no time did I feel at all rushed.

Chris who assisted us provided us with information that helped us make a more informed decision. On this occasion incorporating the way we sleep into our purchase and why we would require a medium as opposed to a firm because we predominantly sleep on our sides.

Attention to our needs as customers. The detailed knowledge and advice of the salesperson (Chris) who was there. He understood our needs and advised well. His knowledge of the Tempur range and suitability of each model was amazing and incredibly informative. . He had other customers to attend to at the same time but he perfectly managed the need of keeping all customers happy by sharing his time between them. We never felt ignored. He is a credit to Dreams and the store. He also has a great sense of humour! Being totally honest. If we had not dealt with Chris we would probably not have made the purchase on the day. We would have continued looking at your competitors even though we may eventually come back to Dreams. Other than that, the Store is light and clean and tidy, we were offered Tea and coffee while the paperwork was completed, there was plenty of parking and disabled bays were sensibly situated. To reiterate. We would not have spent £2000+ (on that day if at all) were it not for the exceptional customer service skills of Chris (Christian Camil is his full name I think) but please pass our best wishes and thanks to him.

David the salesman offered assistance without being overbearing answered questions when we asked for info, and left us to try all the mattress we wished to

Very good service from David very helpful Friendly good product knowledge. Took a lot of time with us letting us try different types of mattress etc. Although not his or your staff's,fault think you need to invest or upgrade your computer system very slow to produce and print invoices etc.it took an absolute age??!!
