Introduction by staff but left alone to investigate. Then when ready asked knowledgeable staff member. He did not try and sell us the first think but helped us eliminate alternatives.

The person who greeted us soon after we entered the store, David, was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, but not pushy - a good sign of an excellent salesman. He even made us a cup of tea each!

The shop was clean and welcoming. Seckin was very nice and supported myself and boyfriend with out needs. He offer us a drink and let us look before we asked him for help. It was a very soothed shop Thanks
