Dreams - Poole

Range of products on display was good as was the sales persons knowledge.

Salesman was excellent and we were very pleased with the goods chosen.

The order was completed quickly and the service was very friendly.

The member of staff was very polite, he asked if we needed help, we wanted to have a look round for a bed, so he said when we need help just ask, he then let us walk round without pressuring us into a sale. When we were ready, he came over, offered us a tea or coffee and a seat. The transaction was very smooth, he offered us some pillows half price, but we didn't need any. We were very impressed.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They explain all our options on the bed we choose. Amount of draws and sizes. Explained about hard top and slat beds. Also offered a drink which was a nice touch. Assistant was very friendly and not pushy.

The Sales Assistant in the Dreams store in Poole (David) was very knowledgeable and informed. He looked after us very well, even providing cups of tea for us to have whilst we relaxed and tried the mattresses in store! All in all, David made our visit very comfortable and we felt very good whilst shopping. The store was very good too and we enjoyed looking for and purchasing our first new mattress in 12 years!

Very friendly staff. David gave us the time to lay on mattresses. Answered all our questions clear and thoroughly. Helped explain the differences between two types of pillows and also helped explain what would be best for my twisted pelvis.

The assistant Chris at the Poole branch was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and supplied us with a very nice cup of coffee whilst we completed the paperwork.

David assisted me in my purchase of a mattress and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was made to feel very welcome. The order was well explained and I received some discount.
