What a great shopping experience! Store looked great, stock looked great and the service was more than great. From the moment we entered the store to the moment we left we were made to feel very special. Placing our order was simple and the member of staff who took care of our every need was an absolute gentleman. It was simply a pleasure to do business in Dreams and we would most definitely highly recommend not just the products, but the outstanding service too. David went the extra mile and we would like to say thank you so very much.

Christian was very courteous, polite and made both my wife and I feel very welcomed, offered us a pleasant cup of tea while we discussed the purchase. He explained very well about the product and ensured we fully understood what we were buying. A very pleasant shopping experience and Christian is a credit to your store in Poole.

I went in to the store looking for a bed and was greeted by a member of staff as soon as I went in. He quickly identified what I was looking for and gave me a selection of options. I was very happy with the efficiency of the service and feel I left with what I went in for.

It was a pleasant experience. We were offered assistance immediately, helping us with our queries. A range of pillows were demonstrated, once we'd selected out individual choice it made the selection of the mattress much easier. All queries were answered and we even had a drink to help the process! Once we had made our bed/mattress/pillow choices we were then shown a good range of sheets etc, the bonus was they were on sale!!

David greeted me with a friendly smile and put me at my ease,he listened to my requirements and wasn't at all 'pushy',he helped me decide what was best for me,thoroughly enjoyed the visit and came out satisfied with my purchase
