Sales man very helpful in advising us on needs on what was best for my partners spinal condition hoping for a good nights sleep and helping ease his pain when the bed arrives

We found Chris extremely helpful. He didn't pounce on us as soon as we entered the store but was around as soon as we needed to ask questions. He listened to our questions and then made suggestions. He asked us questions and guided us to various bed frames and mattresses. The prices varied and we felt he was giving us the choice of the options he felt most suited our needs not just pushing us to the most expensive mattress. He allowed us to spend time together making it easier to talk without a member of staff being present. My husband and I commented on Chris's very good manner and he was extremely personable. This lad will go far. A lot of shop workers could learn a lot from him. Well done Dreams on your helpful staff ......... and hopefully your bed and mattress when it arrives.

We had visited a few shops before Dreams and could not find what we were looking for , Dreams had a good selection and price range. The assistant talked through our needs and came up with what we were after.

David was very helpful, friendly and polite. we discussed what we needed and showed us two mattresses one of which we brought.

I have bought a Rapley mattress and base before x2. Very very comfortable. No complaints from my son or daughter. Have always had lots of advice when choosing bed at store. Looking at different options. But now am very pleased to have ordered the same mattress for all 3 bedrooms in my house. Going for the Otterman base this time for more storage space.
