Very welcoming on entry. The staff member helping me was able to answer all my questions, give advice and show me alternatives and made sure I was satisfied with my choices, nothing was too much trouble, very professional service with a touch of humour! which is refreshing.

Andrew the sales man was friendly and knowledgeable. he discussed my options and was very helpful.

Was greeted on arrival and questioned about what we were looking for. At no time was Andrew pushy. He took time to explain products and understand our needs.

We went into the store with an idea of what we wanted but the assistant Cris asked us lots of questions to establish what would suit us best. Unfortunately Cris had a day off when we placed our order but Andrew was also very helpful and secured a good price for us. we felt that both members of staff were knowledgeable & helpful
