Andrew was very helpful. He greeted me in a friendly manner, acknowledged my children and didnt mind too much when they started to climb on all the display beds. He was knowledgeable and very helpful in suggesting just the right products and add ons for me.

Shaun was very helpfull and explained all the product and was very helpful.

Staff said hi but didn't crowd us until we called them over when we were ready. Staff showed us where things were and pointed out sale items. Friendly but not pushy staff. Shorter than expected delivery time.

We were served by Claire. She immediately greeted us at the front door and helped explained the colour coding of the mattresses and what the differences were between them. She was very knowledgeable and left us to try out as many beds as we wanted. We were a little disappointed by the lack of bed frames in the store (2) and the one we saw on line was not in the shop. Claire then took us to look through the internet and check the on line offers. A very pleasant experience and no hard selling. She also allowed us time to discuss the total cost on our own. AND also made a great cup of coffee!

We had already been into 4 stores in the area with every intention of purchasing a mattress today, however the staff were very unfriendly and did not greet us, or offer any help. As soon as we entered Dreams, David came to check if we needed anything and make sure we were okay. We were then left to look around, and grabbed David when we needed more information. Unfortunately we were not able to get the mattress we originally wanted for another 3 weeks, however David showed us another that was slightly more expensive, but he made the deal really worth it for us. David was very professional and really made us feel relaxed throughout the whole process. We were offered a drink while we were sorting the payment, and he ensured to sort everything to work the best for us. We were able to test the mattress, and we were offered pillows to try on the mattresses too. While we love the mattress, it was David’s attitude which really sold it for us.

David was extremely courteous and helpful and listened to what we needed and gave good and helpful suggestions. He also gave us time to look at other items and test out mattresses without 'hovering' , I like that.

We had efficient service and had extended warranty options explained well to us.
