Great service in the shop, no pressure or silly gimmicks just sensible advice and as much time as we wanted to take. Pleasantly surprised.

Second visit in 20mths - this time offered to use the sleep machine and Neal explained the results to us in an easy to understand manner. Neal then showed us various mattresses that were part of our results. He did also show us other mattresses outside of our results which gave us the opportunity to compare that we were comfortable with the type the results had provided (same model but different firmness) He gave us time to think and discuss without him pressuring or hovering but also kept coming back to check if we needed anything which was really appreciated. If Neal’s service hadn’t been as high as it was we would of gone to your competitor to compare

Miles came over and helped us. We had no idea what kind of mattress to buy and he explained about the different ones with just enough detail to not overwhelm us. We also used the dream machine to find out what type of mattress suited us both and he was really calm and helpful. Very good service and not pushy at all.

My wife and I were highly satisfied with our experience when visiting Dreams due to the polite member of staff that greeted us and listened to our needs for the type of mattress that we needed. He was extremely knowledgeable with all the products that we were looking at. He gave us time to try the mattresses and helped with any questions that we had.
