All our enquiries were dealt with .Hence the purchase.

James was excellent very helpful and not pushy at all felt relaxed and at ease with our purchase.we were given loads of options to choose from and ended up buy all our shopping in the one place .we did intend buying on line not in the store at all...must be a good salesman!

David was a extremely polite and helpful Gentleman who took Care to understand my requirements without any pressure or hurrying . As I have health issues he carried some items to my car .I will shop at Dreams I future

Helpful staff and a good selection

David from the Poole store, could not have been more helpful. We were very overwhelmed by the store at first and felt a little lost. However David took the time to explain the layout and the system Dreams use to determine which bed and mattress is right for you. He was very knowledgeable and patient. All in all a great customer experience and we would happily return in the future.

The store was well presented and our assistant David was very knowledgeable about all products.We were greeted at the door and whilst being dealt with had a hot drink.Very good service.
