Dreams - Poole

This is the second bed we have purchased from dreams in six months the quality is sound pricing was better than your competitors your colleagues knowledge was excellent.

There was a wide selection of beds. James who helped us decide was not at all pushy or salesmanlike. He just asked if we needed help, answered our questions, gave us options and let us have choose in our own time what we wanted.

Large display covering all price ranges - salesman knowledgeable and keen to see we had a good choice within our budget (c£!000). We visited at a very quiet time.

We were greeted with a friendly smile, a welcome but not pushy. Chris gave us many choices on beds and prices, explaining how we could budget our price too if we needed to. We didn't feel rushed or pushed in anyway, in fact he was so helpful and patient and polite, letting us change our minds over and over. He offered us tea and coffee too and he knew when we wanted to be loft alone to have a chat, all in all as usual from Dreams we had a brilliant experience and thanks to Chris it was even more so.

Brilliant customer service, we didn't feel pushed in any way, Chris was polite and chatty and put up with us changing our minds a few times. He is a great salesman with all the knowledge we needed, he showed us so many options and also knew when to walk away so we could chat, great guy.

We were given good professional advice with regard supporting attributes of a variety of mattresses given the the lower spinal problems my wife is experiencing. We were given a welcome on arrival, plus time to browse around the store at all the beds before being offered excellent advice by the Dreams Salesman.

David was extremely helpful, answering any questions we had and helping to make choosing a new bed and mattress a pleasure. He offered us tea and coffee, which was a nice touch, and never made us feel rushed or under pressure to buy. He obviously has a thorough knowledge in all relevant areas and great customer service.
