We were very impressed with the helpfulness of the assistant, we explained what we were looking for, he took us to the bed we liked , the assistant explained clearly , then left us to talk and think over the bed. We placed an order were given delivery dates, most helpful.

The gentleman who served us, Christian Camil, was excellent and a credit to your company. He knew his products inside out and nothing was too much trouble to ensure that we got the right mattress for us.

We did not feel any pressure to purchase and were allowed to go on all the mattresses. David the member of the team who met us was extremely patient and knowledgeable.

The moment we went to the store we we felt like we were at home. Positive and friendly energy. Friendly team greeted us and we could look at all the products. We were looking for a bunk bed that we saw on the Dreams website and were very happy to find it in the store. From that moment friendly Dreams Colleague called Chris took care of us. We were impressed with Chris professionalism but also how friendly and patient he was in helping us making good choice. Even offered us cup of tea. We went to the shop keeping in mind that we are buying the bunk bed but in the end we bought bunk bed plus 4 mattresses. Very happy with that visit.
