David was extremely helpful and seeing my husband is disabled, were very understanding of his needs. This was the 2nd time David sold us a bed and he is amazing!

Our assistant was competent, knew his products, friendly, not pushy, and listened well to all my questions & concerns. In addition the store was well-lit & well laid-out, warm and had a pleasant air quality. And thank goodness there wasn't any background music. Plus I felt I was being offered good quality products, & was enabled to make a sensible choice
