We were very happy with the service provided by Andrew he helped us pick a bed that was good value and he was very friendly as well

We were made to feel very comfortable and not rushed even though the store was busy. The salesman who dealt with our purchase was very smart, polite and knowledgeable even offering to get us coffee. Overall a very pleasant experience again as this is the second time we have brought a bed from this store.

Very well greeted on arrival. Chris was attentive and knowledgeable. Not pushy at all, left us to have a good look round and was there when we needed him.

We were greeted by David who at once asked the right questions to help us choose the right bed for us.He had great product knowledge and explained to us the differences in a way that was understandable. Even though he had many customers we were lucky to place our order very quickly. He has been by far the best salesperson we have come across whilst looking.

Our first visit was about a month ago when we were making initial enquiries about our new bed. We didn't want go buy at that time -just have a look. We had looked in other stores eg john Lewis and were disappointed at the range on offer. Dreams had such a good range of beds and mattresses to choose from. We were greeted by David and offered a hot drink. All our questions were answered and we were encouraged to try the mattresses for suitability. David was able to discuss all the options available in the ranges in which we were interested. We were not pressurised at all and David obliged us with a quite on two options to take home, we visited again today as we had decided dreams had the bed we wanted, we were welcomed by another extremely pleasant member of staff who again offered us a hot drink and answered initial queries then passed us over to David as he had dealt with us initially. David remembered us and warmly welcomed us back. We went over our requirements again, David offered us and provided pillows to try the mattresses again before we made our choice. There was no pressure selling just which made the sale a more pleasing experience.

Your colleague Chris (Poole) was brilliant. Very knowledgeable and took the time to speak to us to understand our needs.

The assistant David Mudie was extremely polite and helpful. He was knowledgeable and talked us through the pros and cons of the different mattresses we were looking at. He gave us plenty of time to try out the mattresses and we never felt rushed. As soon as we started looking around we were offered a cup of tea which was extremely nice. He also explained in detail the process of paying in instalments.

It was perfect great advise from colleges and very helpful and knew what they were talking about. Great thanks
