Dreams - Poole

I was served by a charming gentleman called Chris at the Poole store. He was very patient with me as I needed alot of reassuring before deciding on my purchase. I felt quite comfortable with him as he was very genuine and not pushy. So I decided to order my sofa with ease.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Plenty of choice.

David was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He answered all our queries and we never felt pressured at any point. Excellent service.

Pleasing trip was assisted straight away and offered refreshment while we perused the products. Given help and advice on the items we highlighted and aided in coming to satisfactory conclusion

David served us and was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and overall very pleasant. He gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision and then left us for 10 minutes to talk over the information in private and then returned to ask if we needed further assistance - we did as we purchased the product. David was only too pleased to take our order even though the store was due to close and it was New Year’s Eve. Thank you David for giving us an excellent customer service and making us want to come back to Dreams next time - such service is not often given so well done.

During our visit we were approached by a member of staff, David, at the time we did not require assistance. Later on David came over to us and showed us products that we were interested in. David was very knowledgeable and with his help, and some rather lovely pillows, we selected a new mattress (and the pillows). The ordering and payment process was also painless and made easier by the cup of tea David made for us!

Karen was extremely helpful as I am disabled and she looked after me very well. Knowledgeable about the products.

found exactly what we wanted within 5 minutes of entering the store, at a price we could afford on 0% interest

Christian was friendly and helpful, explained all the options gave us all the time we needed and there was no hard sell. He left us to make the decision just as it should be

Chris was very polite and understanding, we had a good Idea of what we wanted and he was observant from the out set- we did not want to be sold too as I have sales and product understanding. Chris is a proficient sales advisor.
