David was very pleasent , understanding , knew all about the different products & not pushey.

An assistant approached us straight away and asked if we needed assistance, which we did. We wanted a new mattress, he was very helpful offered us a hot drink, asked helpful questions and listened to our requirements. After trying a few bed's we were very pleased with our choice. We decided to do credit as it was quit a large amount. He was very patient with us very happy with the service thankyou.

We were impressed with Christian knowledge of all the beds in store & he had a nice & charming way about him. Not to pushing & walked away when needed & was there when you needed him, we never had to go looking for him. Would recommend him to family & friends if visiting the store.

After looking at a couple of beds we were approached by a sales assistant to ask if we needed help. His help proved invaluable and he was friendly and knowledgeable about the products he was selling. He also allowed us space to try the beds and come to a decision about which one we wanted. At no time did he 'push' us into a decision. The ordering process was quickly and painless too. I hope we are as pleased with the bed when it is delivered as we have been with the service offered so far.

James took the time to listen to our needs (single mattress for grandson aged 9) gave us helpful guidance and a cup of coffee and then allowed us the space to look around and make our decision. He then talked to us to make sure we were happy with the decision and then took us through the ordering and payment formalities. We had intended looking in other suppliers stores but were very happy with the deal offered. The overall buying experience was very pleasant and efficient. As ever, people buy people and James was the difference.
