Dreams - Poole

We came in completely not knowing what we wanted. We were greeted and help by an older gentleman (can’t remember his name… sorry!) he talked us through the machine to help work out what we needed. He then showed a wide variety of mattresses and helped us find the perfect one for us. Also the value for money is impeccable. He also helped by throwing in a mattress protector as the mattress was one that had been returned already so therefore discounted. Overall me and my partner left over the moon, and cannot wait for our new mattress to arrive!! We used our new pillows last night and they were also absolutely amazing. Thank you so much!

This is our second visit to this dreams store. We now decided to upgrade our bed and came back because the quality is really good.

Assitant was chris who was extremely helpful but also gave us time alone to try out the matresses but he was not far away to assist us with our questions. He did the meet, greet, drink, pillow. After trying out most of the matresses i placed an order and chris really did have the patience of a saint with all our questions. Would return again to Dreams of Poole

Shaun was very helpful in finding the mattress I was looking for. He highlighted several that matched my requirements. I was given refreshments and a pillow to try the mattresses. Shaun was patient whilst I made my choice. I was informed of the extended warranty which I also purchased. Shaun made me aware of the amazing cover. I really am pleased with my visit and looking forward to receiving my new mattress. Thank you

We were the only two people in the store, Andrew helped us on the sleep analyser then tried out multiple beds untill we found the right one which we spent about an hour doing.

The assistant was very accomodating as my 3 year old son was desperate for the toilet and he allowed us to use the facilities in order for us to continue shopping. He also provided a bottle of water to my daughter and was patient in showing us the options
