We did not want to be 'sold to',and hate pushy sales people. David understood this, but pointed us in the right direction, left us to our own devices which we wanted, but was available to answer our questions when we need help.

Staff were friendly and made me feel valued as a customer didn't blink when I asked to be shown cheaper products overall I feel like I walked out having purchased exactly what I wanted even though I didn't know anything when I walked into the store

A very friendly service and given good advice by a knowledgeable member of staff who didn’t put us under pressure at all

The lady that served us, Karen, was very friendly and knew the products inside out. She showed us all the varieties of beds matresses, and us select the right one for us.
