Shaun was very helpful and showed us different models of frames and mattresses. He answered our questions and directed us to the ideal mattress for us.

Shaun listened to the type of mattress we were looking for, took us to the right area of the store, explained the various options available, provided us with 2 different pillow types to also try out whilst we were trying the mattresses and then politely excused himself and let us get on with it. Good Salesman. He must have been unobtrusively observing our body language because just at the moment we made our decision he came back and asked how we were doing. Very good Salesman. We went to his desk and completed the sale process, at which point he asked if we liked either of the pillows we'd tried, which we had and added 2 to our order. Great (smart but never pushy) Salesman!

There was a sense of calm in the store and when I spoke a customer assistant, he was very helpful/knowledgeable. David is really a star, he even offered us drinks...MEGA! When had some chat and he found out that I am a serving soldier, so, he asked to see my military ID so as to give more discount. I mean nothing can top such a service. I really appreciate it, THANK YOU DREAMS, THANK YOU DAVID

The items we wanted are available for a quick delivery, good knowledge from staff who als9 didn't try to push anything on you.

Chris was very attentive and extremely and knew the products very well and explained the different beds in very easy to understand detail without pushing us into purchasing but assting greatly in our decision as to which bed etc to purchase without being pushy and is a credit to you organisation. Well done.

David was very helpful, he explained the different qualities of the products and left us to make our minds up without being intrusive.
