Dreams - Poole

We were served by Andrew at the poole store. After discussing our needs we were shown a number of options to try out. after choosing an option we were offered a drink and went to view childrens beds for a future purchase before coming back to confirm the choice of materess we had tried before. From just planned to look and get an idea on prices Andrew made us very welcome and helped us with all our needs to a point we placed an order.

Friendly and helpful member of staff who was knowledgeable about the mattresses.

Your assistant didn’t jump on me as soon as I walked into the store but was available to help each time I wanted help James knew his stuff and which of your products would be the best for me

Chris at dreams in Poole was very understanding to our needs and knowledgeable about all the products in the shop, he listened and was not pushy at any time he made the whole experience enjoyable .

Not pressurised into making a purchase and we were guided all the way by a friendly and very experienced salesman!

David was absolutely brilliant. He was knowledgeable, friendly and treated us as individuals. Th added bonus that there was no pressure selling, which in this line of retail was a pleasure to come across (I am a retail manager myself). Top class service from David who is a credit to the Poole branch of Dreams.

Assistant spent time with us, but was not overbearing and gave us time to discuss and decide. There was no sales pressure.

I needed a mattress ASAP and Andrew was superb and helped in every way , explained how and when deliveries were made , but helped us on the day as I’ve been suffering with severe back pain .?fantastic service .

The salesman was very efficient and friendly . He wasn't at all pushy and gave us plenty of time to think and talk . We were offered tea or coffee by him and pillows did we wish rotary a bed . Thanks David
