Dreams - Poole

This was a return visit to this store, the purpose being to purchase two headboards to fit two beds purchased recently from this store. The reason for the visit was because of the positive experience when the beds were purchased.

The service was good and the sales assistant was Very knowledgeable and helpful.

Claire, the assistant who helped me, was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, without being pushy or intrusive as I had experienced in other stores ( not Dreams). I felt she really listened to my needs and suggested relevant products, and therefore could be trusted.

Staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and allowed us discreet time to try out mattresses without pressure.

Staff member was very efficient and helpful.

Was even given a cup of coffee while looking around

we were very happy with the service we got from the staff at dreams, having never bought a new mattress before felt a bit nervous to start with but came away with what we wanted and very happy, we even had a coffee while testing the beds. very satisfied. thank you andrew.

The staff were very friendly, knowledgable and helpful without being pushy at all. We were approached and offered advice as well as a drink, before being explained about the types of beds and what might suit how I sleep. Staff left us to look around before coming back after a while to give some more tailored advice.

Shaun the assistant was quick in helping us identify which products meet our requirements and also told us about other sale products which were not displayed. He had very good knowledge and also spent time supplying coffee to both me and my wife. Excellent service.

We visited your Poole store and were dealt with by Karen Evans. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products in the store and spent a lot of time helping us to choose the right bed for us. The store is large and has an enormous number of beds to choose from. Without Karen we wouldn’t have known where to start!
