Chris was very helpful and proactive without trying to push us to purchase the product. He made sure we received all the information about the product, description, finance options and the return policy as the sofa wasn't available in any store 50 miles around. He was ever so patience and friendly.

The assistant(Christian) was very helpful and knowledgeable

Previous bed/mattress came from Dreams and while the product is costly it is also very good. Friendly staff enabled me to complete the purchase quickly and advised what I could do if I found the mattress too hard or soft.

Very pleasant staff very helpful found us what we were looking for, very efficient all round and we had a cup of coffee.

I visited Dreams with my wife and 2 young children which can be a challenging experience at the best of times! We were however well looked after by Karen who provided drinks and activities for the kids as well as excellent knowledge in helping us find the right bed and mattress for my wife and I. The experience was very positive.
