Very good sales person (Andrew). Very pleased with the comfort of the bed I chose.

Karen greeted us when we arrived at the store. She was able to answer any questions we had. She gave us a pillow to use when trying the mattresses (which we bought as they were so comfy). She offered us a drink whilst we were in the shop. She was friendly , helpful and not over bearing. It was a very pleasant shopping experience and I look forward to getting my new mattress. Thank you.

We only thought about replacing our mattress after seeing an advert for the Dreams sale. Although we are happy with our purchase we thought there might have been more opportunities to save money in the sale. The service we received was very good and the whole experience was pleasant.

I was greeted by a staff member immediately on entering the Poole store. He was very friendly and very knowlegible about the range of Tempura mattresses

Upon entering the shop we received a warm welcome and offer of any assistance. Although we knew exactly what we were looking to buy, the salesperson, Karen, was able to give us additional information which was very helpful. The order process was smooth and our preferred delivery date was available. Karen additionally explained that we would be kept informed just prior to the chosen date by the delivery team. First time used Dreams and very impressed.

Suffer with chronic back pain and I struggle to get around I'm on crutches all the time the staff were very helpful and where very informative and understood instantly what I was needing and what difference the write bed makes to a good night's sleep on top of this they spent a long time dealing with me and naturally I had to be sure I was buying they didnt push me to any particular brand or style or sizes and what materials are used the matresses instead she helped me from bed to bed the ones that I had chosen and had forts that whitch bed will better suit my condition and spent considerable time explaining the details of each to me often stop to ask if would like a hot or cold drink also offering me a pillow so I could better get a idea for whitch particular bed and mattress compination suited me best

Shaun was quick to serve us and very knowledgeable of the product we were looking for.

After a recent poor experience with another retailer, was a treat to deal with people who knew their product, were available to give assistance but not pushy and overbearing.

Popped into shop, could test every bed/mattress, then went to a desk to see a sales colleague. Admittedly it was the last sale day, so very busy, but Chris was very helpful even though he had not had a break between me and the previous customer. He was knowledgeable, informative and helpful. Would highly recommend him if anyone asked.
