Karen was supportive but not pushy and had good product knowledge

Fantastic level of customer service and product knowledge. Not too pushy with selling products always a fine balance and Andrew at Dreams Poole was exceptional.

I cannot praise the member of Dreams staff(Karen) highly enough for her efforts to find a successful outcome for our requirements.The purchaser, my nephew, has MS and because of his condition needed a specific type of bedding.Karen was informative, patient and understanding and we were able to find suitable product.Well done Karen.

Our SA was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Chris gave us loads of time and did not try to rush us. He helped us with advise and knew the products inside out. We would recommend this store and in particular Chris as a SA. We could not have wished for a more enjoyable and easy time choosing our bed and mattress.

Shaun who served us on both occasions when we visited the store was very helpful. His knowledge and friendly approach encouraged us to purchase our new bed and mattress from Dreams. Although Shaun was assertive in his sales approach he was by no means "pushy" and I would recommend Dreams and inparticular Shaun at our local store to friends and family.
