From the time we walked through the door until the time we left we were impressed with the friendliness of the staff, the amount of bed options that were available to us and especially the knowledge of James who assisted us throughout.

The assistant Neal I believe his name was greeted us on entry to the store. He was happy to check a product we enquired about on your warehouse website. He was very helpful in describing the various beds and mattresses available. He was very knowledgeable about the various products. He made the whole experience very easy and dare I say enjoyable.

Extremely helpful staff. Very polite and welcomed us as we entered. Offered support if we needed it but didn’t pester us, follow us or pounce on us as some stores do. Very respectful when we said we were happy just browsing. Also very attentive - saw us looking around for an available staff member and walked over offering assistance. The ability to use a machine to analyse how we slept was a revelation, it shortened the time required to find a bed and it filled us with confidence.
