very pleased with the staff, very helpful and the products are really good, better than the other products on market and price is reasonable too. Lovely guy who dealt with us, seemed knowledgeable. They had the product for us to try we were interested in. The guy who dealt with us also didn't seem pushy.

If you're by your bed you need to be able to try it and all beds are available for you to lie on and see if you like them, the lady who served us was very knowledgeable and helpful
