Arriving at our Poole branch first thing on a Saturday morning. We we're delighted to be approach by " Chris". He was a smart, cheerful young man. As we told him our needs he understood and with his complete knowledge of the products showed us the perfect bed, mattress, headboard and pillows. He guided us through the purchase and informed us on insurance and T&Cs. Excellent customer service!!
