Friendly sales man. We changed our mind on buying a high priced product and only bought a mattress, and it was totally fine. He wasn’t pushy at all.

The sales assistant was friendly but not pushy. Understood we wanted to browse and stayed nearby but did not try to sell. Offered us drinks and was friendly and helpful. We left the store to have a think and when we returned she was just as helpful and helped us weigh up our options. Allowed us to take our time to make our decisions. I am using a wheelchair at present as I am having chemotherapy and the staff were very helpful and understanding.

THE ASSISTANT TOOK ENOUGH TIME TO FIND OUT WHAT EXACTLY IT WAS I NEEDE/WANTED AND TOOK ME STRAIGHT TO THE ITEM I WAS LOOKING FOR, HE GAVE ME PLANTY OF TIME TO MAKE ACHOICE, I WASN`T PRESSURED OR HARRASSED. HE OFFERED ME COFFEE AND WAS VERY COURTEOUS

I was highly satisfied by efficiency of the young gentleman helping me with choosing a bed. Bought a bed years ago from Dreams for my daughter when she was 4. Still helpful today as Dreams were all the those year s ago.

We have been looking for a headboard for ages but most shops only sell them that are attached to the beds, it was nice to go into the shop and find a good selection .
