Karen was very attentive and knowledgeable. Explained process of buying/ delivering clearly.

I walked in with my daughter a little Bit overwhelmed with the range they had and not knowing which would be better and we were welcomed by a member of staff called Shaun, who offered his assistance to help and guided us through options of our choice . While we wondered which was best and omitting ones not suitable, he offered us drinks as extremely hot and then left us to think , which was kind and not adding pressure. We finally rounded off to 2, and then was offered more variety , and I got a good deal and bought the complete bed to be delivered ASAP . All done and he offered things on offer too as we had bought with discount, which I also bought . Very pleased with products and experience, and will be back for the other two beds .

I got exactly what I went in for. There was no hard sell but then I was buying probably the most expensive mattress you sell and a super king ottoman so a hard sell was not necessary. The assistant gave us space, and time, and provided advice and guidance when it was needed. I hate being harassed in shops but this did not happen.

We were immediately greeted and offered a hot drink by our helper, Chris. He was very understanding of our needs and recommended pillows for us as well.

Karen met us soon after we arrived and was very helpful and knowledgeable in guiding us through to our purchase. She gave assistance where required and the space to come to our own decision and was friendly throughout without being at all pushy.

Staff member (James) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It was a pleasure to choose an item that I would not normally get very excited about!
