The staff was very helpful

I dealt with a lovely lady called Karen, she was very helpful throughout the time I spent not being able to decide on a bed. In total I made 3 visits before deciding on a final bed and she was extremely patient throughout the whole process. The store was clean and tidy, nice atmosphere, was offered a drink and made to feel comfortable.

The sales advisor Karen was very willing to help, she talked me through all the different types of bed frames to help me make a decision. She was lovely, very chatty and offered me a drink while I was ordering the bed frame. I would definitely return to Dreams in Poole again

We were greeted as soon as we arrived. We were warmly welcomed to browse. Even offered a tea or coffee. Enquiries were made to what we were looking for and we were shown where to look.

Feel I achieved what I set out too! The best quality price mattress for my budget- drove to 3 places and this place came tops! Infact, a shop worker from another store even said the mattress from dreams was a good deal!

As a young couple on a hot day, we could have been interpreted as just browsing and not serious buyers as does happen from time to time. We were greeted upon entering the store and luckily the bed we had looked st online the evening before was close to the entrance. We were greeted and offered a drink which was lovely. When testing the mattresses, the colleagues were quick to tidy and straighten after us and offer alternatives to our responses. The bed was half price and the product we thought would be out of our price range so we were chuffed when it was a possibility. Rather than upselling to the most expensive mattress, Karen listened to our needs and offered an excellently priced mattress but more suited to what we were looking for. Ordering was timely and the insurance was explained in a realistic approach and the free mattress protector made it affordable and worthwhile, the only downside was the delivery time. As we are moving, We were hoping for it to be delivered when we moved next weekend but an extra week is doable.

My wife and i had visited various other competitors but as soon as we walked into dreams our wonderful assistant helped every step of the way making the experience good and happy.

Karen was knowledgeable about the products and took time with me to find the right mattress. She was very friendly and patient.
