Chris was very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable about the products he was selling. He took time with us and was understanding of our needs. We had a nice cup of tea and coffee while we were in store.

Karen introduced herself when we entered the shop, made herself known and gave us time to browse. She came over from time to time to assist and left us in peace so we didn't feel anybody was standing over us. She knows her products well and her method of selling is great. She even made us a cup of tea, and then asked if we would like to experience the Tempur room. Beautiful experience. We had time to chat as Mother and Daughter without feeling pressure and Karen was always around to answer any questions and give advice. This was just what we needed bearing in mind I was spending circa £2000 on a product I will be using every day. Lets hope I made the right decision!!!!
