Friendly advisor, not pushy but helpful. Informative.

We were particularly impressed with Chris whose knowledge impressed us. As I am disabled it was good to be treated sympathetically and with understanding. We were given a range of options to suit our budget and were pleased to see such a variety of products, The store was well laid out and had a very wide choice of beds and mattresses. In particular we were not subjected to any hard sell and felt relaxed during the whole sales experience.

We were greeted by Karen at your Poole store when we arrived and she asked if we'd like some assistance. Karen helped us find the bed we were looking for and then showed us similar models of different prices. We then needed a mattress and after asking what sort of thing we needed, she showed us several of varying prices and got us some pillows so we could try them all out. She then said she would leave us alone to look at everything but she would be happy to help again if we needed it. We spent about 30 mins trying out various mattresses again, comparing different bed styles and debating which combination to get. After we had decided we returned to Karen and said we'd like to buy. We were sat down and offered a drink which we accepted. Siobhan brought us our coffees and we drank them while filling out the order. We then paid by card in full and left very happy that our new bed will be here next week!! Karen asked us to enter this draw as she really wants Poole to have a winner as it's always a different store. I can't wait until the new bed gets here and I can finally have sweet dreams.

Very good customer service

The lady in the store was very helpful it was quiet and she had plenty of time to help us with are choice of bed and mattress

My wife and I were delighted with the way the store was well laid out and remarkably clean and tidy. The lady serving us went out of her way to answer all our questions and introduced us to a wide range of items in our quest to purchase a new bed. She is extremely knowledgeable and we made a purchase. On the following day we called back and the same lady dealt with us in the aforementioned manner looking for a mattress. We purchased one under order number 088A022520 at a cost of 3357. (Both costings included a fee nfor the replaced items purchased. In conclusion, we were extremely satisfied with our trip to your store in Poole, Dorset'

Friendly knowledgeable staff and good range of products

Upon entering the store we were greeted by karen who immediately greated us with a friendly hello and offered us a hot drink on what was a very rainy day. Upon receiving our coffees she asked us if we had an idea of what sort of bed we were looking for, after explaining that we needed storage space she very efficiently showed us all the ottoman style bases they had to offer. We wanted a tempur mattress and she took us to try them the first one being too soft after saying this to her she immediately was able to point us to the hybrid style mattress which we found perfect for our needs and explained the difference between the two hybrids and made sure we tried both so we could accurately make up our minds. She walked us through all the offers to ensure we got the best deal and sorted out disposal of our old mattress and assembly of the new bed, and also made sure we were happy with the delivery date. We couldn’t be happier with our trip to dreams in poole and we cannot wait for our new bed to arrive.

Assistance was very good with my parent's and quick delivery

Very impressed with customer service. No unnecessary sales pressure but help available when needed. The salesman was very knowledgeable and took time to listen carefully to our requirements. He explained the various options clearly.
