Karen, approached us fairly soon after we entered the shop. She wasn't at all pushy, but instantly gave us reassurance that if we needed any help, then she could answer any of our questions. We instantly asked her to help and advise. She was extremely helpful from the start offering us options and explaining the pro's and cons. Not only was she helpful, but she was also very friendly. We planned on a very speedy visit; in and out just to get a feel for the prices and options, but there was no need to go elsewhere. We are very satisfied with our purchases, and will return when we need to.

As soon as we entered the store, we were asked if we needed help and then shown around to the mattresses that we had spoken about. The store was very clean and tidy. We were offered a coffee whilst we were making our decisions. A very friendly and helpful man.

My assistant Andrew was very helpful and professional. He didn't try the whole salesman approach rather he simply demonstrated what the store had in alignment with my needs. That's the difference between shopping online and going to a quality bed store with employees that know their products. I was highly satisfied because I felt comfortable making the decision to buy from Dreams.
