nothing was too much trouble for Andrew. he explained everything from delivery to extended warranty etc. was even offered a cup of tea by another colleague.

The sales man was very helpful and very knowledgeable and never put any pressure on us he was able to answer all the questions we asked offered tea/coffee while we were looking

On entry into store I was promptly assisted by Claire, I explained I needed a firm mattress for severe health issues, she was a star. She pointed out a few mattresses which I tried and were not suitable, with the knowledge given why not suitable she took this as cue to trying one specific mattress, this was perfect. I have motor neirone and spinal stenosis (crumbling), she had to assist getting me standing up after sitting on the not suited ones, (star due), with the perfect one no assistance was needed. I am totally impressed by the whole experience, which I was dreading as my pain is severe. From walking through that door to walking out one lovely mattress bought, less than 90 minutes(it was my disability that slowed us down). Thank you, now I will sleep properly at night, well done staff in store.

The customer service far surpassed my expectations. The salesman struck the perfect balance between being extremely helpful and informative with giving me time and space to browse and trial the beds. All in all, very impressed.

I found exactly what I needed.

We entered Dreams in Poole knowing we needed a bed, but beyond that, we were not quite sure where to begin. We aimlessly wandered around looking randomly at the vast collection of beds for some time, not quite sure what to go for and I confess to being a little overwhelmed with the choice, in both technical and design terms. However, once we spoke with Karen she quickly sought to understand our needs, our budget and our timeframe. We quickly rationalised the choice to one or two options and she left us to it for a while to let us decide - no pressure, no hurry and no sales patter, which is a refreshing change. Not only did she manage our expectations and enable a smooth and stress-free purchase, but she was also patient and calm when dealing with our lively 6 and 8 year old daughters who naturally thought we had brought them into a soft-play area! Her knowledge of the various brands, associated technology and relevance to our individual needs was exceptional and she made the whole experience far less stressful than I had anticipated. I cannot overstate her contribution to the overall shopping experience. Thank you Karen and thank you Dreams - we will enjoy our bed for a long time!
